General Information
We offer a spacious, self-contained apartment, in a beautiful, private house in the charming town of Castel del Bosco. The accomodation comprises a cozy formal living room and dining room off of a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave and dishwasher. With the possibility to host 5 guests, we offer two roomy bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with two twins, all complete with period antique furniture. There is also a third small twin room directly off of the master bedroom. There are two full bathrooms, the larger having an ample tub. At the back of the apartment, there is a private balcony, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing under the Tuscan sun. The house has a private electric gate along with ample parking and a lovely garden. We offer all linens on site, however, there is a small charge for linen laundry service. You have at your disposal a private washing machine for all of your "self-service" washing needs. (Upon request, we can send more photos of the apartment and grounds.)

Location Description
Castel del Bosco(Montopoli)is a peaceful village, but very convenient to main routes. Villa dei Pini is 25 km. from the international airport at Pisa, and 30 Km from Florence. The accommodation is perfect for visiting the beauties of Tuscany, and offers all the comforts of home, the peacefulness and tranquillity of the country, and at the same time is situated a short drive from the most interesting Tuscan towns. Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, S. Miniato, and Florence can all be reached in very short time, as can Vinci, the birthplace of the famous Leonardo. A lovely day trip deep into the heart of the Chianti region, with stops in Certaldo, San Gimignano, and Siena will be a highlight of your holiday at Villa dei Pini. Sandy beaches and rocky coves of Tirrenia, Viareggio, Marina di Pisa are as close as 35 minutes away. Montelupo, the cradle of Tuscan pottery with its famous pottery museum, is but a short drive away, as is the renowned thermal resorts of Casciana Terme, Montecatini Terme, Monsummano Terme, Uliveto Terme with Spa waters to offer lasting health benefits. Characteristic villages, vineyard and olive groves dominate the environs, while the famous road of Chianti D.O.C.G. wine leads to Montespertoli (35 km). With its vineyards, cellars and the Chianti Show, it is one of the Tuscan wine capitals. For the golf enthusiast, there are courses as close as San Miniato (10 km), Tirrenia (25 km) and Montecatini (30 km).
