General Information
Set in the 1950s style, a perfect reconstruction of the building and often in the characteristic atmosphere of those years, its possible to taste classic Tuscan cooking, with pasta that has been rigorously hand made, the roasts, the meats and the vegetables baked in the wood oven. The desserts and the biscotti are home made and prepared like times gone by! The holiday at Corte is not only a destination and meals, but a revival and an immersion of tastes of a piece of history.
